Since Tin hasn't posted copies of the LOs, here are a few sneaks of the pages I completed during our Tagaytay weekend.

even though some of us were not able to join in on the fun and scrap alongside our talented local scrappers, I'm glad Tin organized a dry run for the PS Mods and the SA girls.




In between doing a site visit (scrap buffet venue), chatting, and of course, eating (there never seemed to be a shortage of food supply over at Tin 's place) *grin*, I was able to come up with a few pages:

i thought i was not going to have as much fun with it as i do with the other kits because of the sassafras papers (not a big fan here)... but surprise, surprise! i did! haha. i was able to complete 7 pages and i'm raring to make more - there's still lots of leftover papers, embellishments and ephemera :)

scrappy goodness

at last, it finally happened!

after foregoing sleep to put together 7 sample LOs (will post them soon!), i set out to meet up with Mia.

the event was scheduled to start at 900H but we arrived at the venue by 830H. thought we still had some time to help take care of a few loose ends, but wow! some scrappers got a better head start than we did! HAHA! why am I not surprised?

needless to say, put 50 something scrappers around scrappy goodness, coupled with Tin's flair for event-organizing, and what do you get? a day of a roaring great time!







i must confess, i was so envious of the girls who got to sit down and do some serious scrapping. collectively, these girls were able to complete 300+ pages, not counting the cards and mini albums. whoa. talk about scrapping mojo, huh?

Scrap Party

I actually had no plans of going (oops!) but our gracious boss lady, Tin invited us as Studio Azul was putting up a booth - I couldn't very well say no to that! :) HEHE!

Of course, it was a fun opportunity to spend time with the rest of the Studio Azul team and to witness the 2nd Scrappinmoms' Idol contest. Congrats to Cookie, Issa and Donna, as well as to the rest of this year's top 10 contenders! You did well, girls!

I consider this to be the 1st official photo op for the SA blue ladies - so proud to be a part of this team! Notice our spanking new denim aprons, courtesy of the ultimate blue lady herself, Tin :) Thanks, Tin! I love it!

After watching the Idol contenders battle it out for 3 hours, the SA Team decided to get together for a bite before heading on home. Mia suggested we head over to Arya, a Persian restaurant, at the Greenhills Promenade. Yum! Food was really good!



Pita bread with a variety of dips - hummus, eggplant with tomatoes, another eggplant dip (i forget the name), and cucumber with yogurt. mmmm-mm.


Went for a Chicken Koobideh - portion was kinda big for me so I had to get a doggy bag, haha!
